Shipping costs for the INMO AIR3 are calculated based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select during the checkout process. We strive to offer competitive rates and various options (e.g., standard, expedited) to meet your needs. All available shipping options and their associated costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase. We do not offer completely free worldwide shipping as a standard, but occasionally run promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

Our goal is to be fully transparent:all final costs, including shipping and any applicable taxes we are required to collect, will be clearly itemized and displayed before you confirm your order at checkout.


After-Sales Services: For a valid warranty claim, proof of purchase and this warranty certificate are required.
Within 30 days from the receipt date: For a product with a defect in materials or workmanship, you can choose a refund, replacement, or repair.
This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.
After 30 days and within the warranty period: For a product with a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide a free repair or replacement, at our discretion.

Warranty

Here you have all the information about the warranty and returns of products purchased in the Metanexus XR online store.

Commercial transactions made through this website are subject to the legislation in force in Spain, to the exclusion of any other national legislation and regardless of the buyer’s place of residence.


The Item is Not Working Properly

Please contact us by sending an email to metanexusxr@gmail.com including your order number, device serial number (if applicable), and a description of the issue. An agent will respond to your request within 24 business hours.


Warranty Period

In general, consumer goods are subject to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (LGDCU). The seller guarantees that the product conforms to the sales contract for a period of 2 months from delivery. For orders placed before 01/01/2022, the warranty period is two years.

For refurbished items, the warranty period is 2 months from delivery. Within this period, in case of non-conformity or defect, the consumer may request repair or replacement of the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the consumer may request a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the LGDCU’s conditions. Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity arising within two years of delivery already existed at the time of delivery, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the defect. For refurbished items, this presumption period is one year.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover failures or defects resulting from:

  • Inappropriate or inadequate maintenance by the customer.
  • Software, interfaces, or supplies of the customer or a third party.
  • Unauthorized modifications.
  • Improper use or operation outside of product specifications.
  • Abuse, negligence, accident, loss, or damage during transport not attributable to the seller.
  • Improper site preparation.
  • Unauthorized maintenance or repair.
  • Accidents, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond the seller’s control.

Reminder: To qualify for warranty coverage or a review of a component, accessory, or the complete product, the entire order must be returned — all items in the same condition as originally received from Metanexusxr.

If any component is missing or shows clear signs of misuse, we cannot accept the warranty or product review.

If these issues invalidate the warranty once the product arrives at our facilities, you will be responsible for both the collection of the product and the shipping costs.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

Without prejudice to the applicable legal framework, the terms and conditions of each product’s commercial warranty are determined by the manufacturer and will be delivered to the buyer in writing with the product. The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring adequate technical service and spare parts availability for a minimum of ten years from the date the product is discontinued.

Products purchased for integration into a production or commercial process (not subject to the LGDCU) will have a six-month warranty, in accordance with Articles 1484–1491 of the Spanish Civil Code, covering hidden defects.


How to Manage a Product Under Warranty or RMA

Within the warranty period, you must send an email to metanexusxr@gmail.com expressing your decision to proceed with the warranty claim. Include the order or invoice number, a description of the item(s), and the product serial number.

You will receive an authorization email confirming the warranty. An online diagnosis will be conducted to verify the issue and, where possible, provide an immediate solution.

If the problem persists after the online diagnosis, the item(s) will be collected for a more detailed review. The warranty excludes defects mentioned earlier.
Metanexus XR will not be responsible for reviewing or managing the warranty process if the product arrives with issues not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You will also be responsible for both the collection of the product and the shipping costs.

If the product arrives at Metanexus XR incomplete (missing components), you will be notified and required to send the missing components at your own expense.
If we do not receive confirmation of shipment for the missing components, we will not be able to process or accept the RMA, and the customer will have to retrieve the device from our warehouse, assuming all transportation costs.

If the process is successfully resolved, we will repair the device, replace it, or issue a refund using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you choose a different one.


The Order Arrived with Damage or Defects from Shipping

Whenever you receive a shipment from an online order, you must check the full contents of the package in front of the courier staff. If you agree with the delivery, you may sign the delivery note or the device provided by the courier.

If the courier staff cannot wait for you to check the order, you must indicate this on the delivery note or electronic device before signing, for example, by writing “Not Reviewed” and informing the courier.

If you notice damage or defects in the order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailingmetanexusxr@gmail.com.

Providing photographs of the order’s condition will help us file a claim with the courier company.
