All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice. Metanexus XR reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or other issues.
3. Dropshipping Disclosure
Metanexus XR operates as a dropshipping store. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may result in varying delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Product Use and Liability
AR/VR glasses should be used as intended. Armni is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use. You assume all risks associated with using our products.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on armni.org, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Armni. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valladolid, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
