This tripod dolly puts a tripod on 76 mm wheels so you move smoothly between viewpoints in 360° VR shoots. Tripod and pole not included.

Three adjustable legs set a footprint from 78 to 114 cm; a lock lifts the wheels to stop movement.

It works with light and mid-size tripods such as the carbon 3-section VR tripod.

Building a 360° camera support rig

Why 360° supports are different. A 360° camera sees everything around it, including the tripod. Good 360° supports are therefore thin, low-profile and placed directly under the lenses, so the support falls into the nadir (the blind spot below the camera) and can be patched out easily in editing.

Base + pole is the usual combination. A small, low tripod base keeps the legs out of frame, and an extension pole lifts the camera to eye level (about 150–170 cm) or higher for overviews. Check that base and pole are compatible and that the load rating covers your camera, especially at full height.

Match the thread. Consumer 360° cameras use a 1/4" thread; heavier professional cameras and many tripods use 3/8". Adapters and dual-thread tips let one rig carry both.

Setup and use

1. Set the footprint.
2. Place the tripod feet in the dolly.
3. Lock the wheels when shooting.

Care and maintenance

Tighten screws and clamps before each session, check for cracks or slipping, and never exceed the mount's load or clamp range.

Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
