Choosing haptic gear

Two ways haptics work. Audio-to-haptic devices (such as vests, straps and mats driven by transducers) turn the bass and low-frequency detail of any sound into vibration, so they work with every game, film or song. Game-integrated devices (such as motor-based vests, sleeves, visors and gloves) receive precise hit locations from games with native support or mods, and most can also fall back to audio mode.

Coverage. A strap or single-transducer wearable gives a focused thump; a vest covers the torso; sleeves, visors and gloves add arms, head and hands. Devices from the same maker can usually run together in one session.

Fit and hygiene. Check the body-size range, and use washable liners or inner gloves when several people share a device.

Setup and use

1. Charge with the 20 V PD charger.
2. Connect audio.
3. Put on and adjust intensity.

Care and maintenance

Charge fully before first use, wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth, keep it away from water and heat, and store it flat or hung on its mount. Update firmware through the maker's app.

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return. Consumables such as face cushions, foam pads or batteries showing wear cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
