This VR kiosk mode licence is the Standard tier of VIVE Business+, HTC VIVE's device-management platform for standalone VIVE headsets and trackers, designed for basic fleet management.

It covers QR code and USB enrolment, group management, remote device monitoring and kiosk mode. HTC also includes Standard with Business Edition headsets registered for VIVE Business Warranty & Services; ask us whether your headsets already qualify.

Standard includes enrolment, groups, remote monitoring, roles and kiosk mode. Pro adds customised user-interface settings and the VIVE Location-Based Software Suite (LBSS). Ultimate adds a remote content library with upload and update, and a customised start-up sequence.

Setup and use

1. Tell us how many headsets, which models and which sites you want to cover so we can confirm the right VIVE Business+ plan and term.
2. We send a written quote; once accepted, the licence is issued through our professional VR-integration partner and linked to your organisation's account.
3. Enrol your headsets following the publisher's instructions (typically a QR code, USB or pre-installed agent) and group them by site, class or team.
4. Upload or assign your content and test it on one headset before pushing it to the whole fleet.
5. Train the administrators and trainers who will use the console, and renew or scale the licence as your fleet grows.

Care and maintenance

Keep headsets on the latest supported firmware and the management agent up to date, and review users and administrator roles regularly. Plan renewals ahead of the licence end date so devices stay managed without interruption, and back up content and settings where the platform allows it.
