- We send a written quote; once accepted, the licence is issued through our professional VR-integration partner and linked to your organisation's account.
- Enrol your headsets following the publisher's instructions (typically a QR code, USB or pre-installed agent) and group them by site, class or team.
- Upload or assign your content and test it on one headset before pushing it to the whole fleet.
- Train the administrators and trainers who will use the console, and renew or scale the licence as your fleet grows.
Care and maintenance
Keep headsets on the latest supported firmware and the management agent up to date, and review users and administrator roles regularly. Plan renewals ahead of the licence end date so devices stay managed without interruption, and back up content and settings where the platform allows it.
