WELCOME5 – 5% off orders over €200
Enter WELCOME5 in the discount field at checkout and 5% comes off your whole order, as long as the order is €200 or more. It is the simplest saving on larger purchases such as a VR headset, AR glasses or a sim racing setup. If the order is below €200 the code is not accepted, and you can add accessories to reach the minimum.
Spin & win – FLASH5, 5% off all products
On the homepage, open the Flash picks section and press 🎰 Surprise me. Every spin wins the same prize: the code FLASH5, worth 5% off all products. There is no minimum order value. The code can be used once per customer, and it can be applied to your cart in one tap from the prize card.
Bundle & save – up to 4% off your headset
Buying a headset and the accessories to go with it? The saving is applied automatically to the headset in your cart:
- 1 accessory – 2% off the headset
- 2 accessories – 3% off the headset
- 3 or more accessories – 4% off the headset
The headset must come from the VR Headsets collection and the accessories from our accessory categories, such as head straps, face masks, controller grips, cases or link cables. On each headset page, the "Complete your setup" section lets you pick compatible accessories and add the whole bundle to the cart at once. The discount applies to the headset only; accessory prices stay the same.
Subscribe – SUB1, 1% off
Join the MetaNexus XR newsletter (the sign-up box is at the bottom of the homepage) and you receive the code SUB1 straight away, worth 1% off your order. It can be used once per customer. Subscribers also hear first about new arrivals and new offers.
Free shipping over €190
Orders of €190 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. It is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed. Orders are dispatched with tracking; see the shipping policy for delivery times.
Can I combine discounts?
One saving applies per order, and the checkout keeps whichever discount you enter or qualify for. The codes WELCOME5, FLASH5 and SUB1 and the bundle savings do not combine with each other. Free shipping over €190 combines with all of them, so, for example, a €250 order with WELCOME5 gets both 5% off and free shipping.

Where do I enter a discount code?
In the "Discount code" field of the cart or at checkout. Codes won from the spin wheel or from subscribing can also be applied to your cart with one tap.
Why was my code not accepted?
The usual reasons are that the order is below the minimum (€200 for WELCOME5), the code was already used once on your account (FLASH5 and SUB1), or another discount is already applied, since the checkout keeps only one of them.
Do the offers apply to quote-only commercial equipment?
Commercial attractions, arcade machines and configured systems are priced by quote. Ask about pricing through the venue quote form.
Do discounts change my warranty or returns?
No. Discounted products keep the same warranty and return conditions as full-price products. See the refund policy and warranty pages.
