How to choose the right VR accessory

Check the exact headset model first. VR accessories are rarely universal: straps, facial interfaces, lens protectors and cases are shaped for one headset generation, so a Quest 2 part will not fit a Quest 3. The compatibility section above lists every headset the part is designed for.

Setup and use

1. Hold the headset lenses facing down.
2. Squeeze the bulb to blow off dust.
3. Finish with a dry microfibre cloth if needed.

Care and maintenance

Clean the lenses only with a dry microfibre cloth or an air blower, wiping in circles from the centre outward. Never use alcohol, paper tissues or window cleaner, and never point the lenses at the sun, which can burn the displays.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return. Consumables such as face cushions, foam pads or batteries showing wear cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
