Getting the most from AI glasses

Battery habits. Music, calls, camera use and AI queries all draw power. The glasses give up to about 4.5 hours of continuous music or 3+ hours of calls, and fast-charge to about 50% in 10 minutes on the magnetic cable, so short top-ups during the day go a long way; the Power Boost adds a cordless top-up in your pocket.

Privacy and etiquette. A visible light shows when the camera is recording, and recording stops if the light is covered. Tell people before you record or translate a conversation, and follow local rules in venues that restrict cameras.

Lenses and fit. Choose sunglass, blue-light or light-adaptive lenses for how you will wear them most; prescription lenses are available through participating opticians after an in-store evaluation.

3. Check that everything is fitted securely and works as expected before your next session.

Care and maintenance

Charge at room temperature, avoid leaving it fully drained for long periods, store it partly charged when not in use, and stop using it if it swells, overheats or is damaged. Recycle it at a battery collection point.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return. Consumables such as face cushions, foam pads or batteries showing wear cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
