The NexusDrive Core 25 Max is a flagship direct drive wheel base with 25 Nm of sustained torque and a built-in true torque sensor.
The sensor measures the real output torque 2,000 times per second with 0.1% accuracy, so what you feel is what the car does – sharper handling, faster response, more faithful detail. A zero-cogging flat-wire motor with 26% higher torque density keeps rotation perfectly smooth.
A 21-bit encoder, the latest force feedback algorithm, iRacing 360 Hz support, intelligent cooling, dual RGB strips and front, side or bottom mounting complete it.
Advanced and pro drivers:
Industrial-grade torque.
2 kHz, 0.1% accuracy.
Flat-wire, 26% denser.
2,097,152 PPR.
Ultra-responsive FFB.
Telemetry lighting.
Platform: PC. Titles include iRacing (including its 360 Hz force feedback mode), Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa Competizione, the F1 series, rFactor 2 and EA SPORTS WRC.
Wheels: NexusWheel range.
Mounting: front, side or bottom; needs a very rigid cockpit.
Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.
Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.
Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.
Keep the vents clear; update the firmware regularly.
