FAQ
Is the controller really included, or sold separately?
Included — this bundle ships with a matching wireless joystick, unlike most viewers in our range where a controller is sold separately.
Do I need to remove my phone case?
Most slim cases fit fine in the phone tray; bulky or battery cases may need to come off for a secure fit.
Does this include a warranty?
Yes — standard Metanexus XR coverage applies; see our Warranty and Refund policy pages for full terms.
