FAQ
Do I need a special app?
No — any Cardboard-compatible app from the Play Store or App Store works out of the box, alongside standard 3D video and VR game apps.
Do I need to remove my phone case?
Most slim cases fit fine in the phone tray; bulky or battery cases may need to come off for a secure fit.
Does this include a warranty?
Yes — standard Metanexus XR coverage applies; see our Warranty and Refund policy pages for full terms.
