This VR content management licence is the Ultimate tier of VIVE Business+, designed for complete remote management of standalone VIVE headsets and trackers.
It includes everything in Pro, plus a remote content library with upload and update, and a customised start-up sequence for white-label deployments.
Standard includes enrolment, groups, remote monitoring, roles and kiosk mode. Pro adds customised user-interface settings and the VIVE Location-Based Software Suite (LBSS). Ultimate adds a remote content library with upload and update, and a customised start-up sequence.

Setup and use
- Tell us how many headsets, which models and which sites you want to cover so we can confirm the right VIVE Business+ plan and term.
- We send a written quote; once accepted, the licence is issued through our professional VR-integration partner and linked to your organisation's account.
- Enrol your headsets following the publisher's instructions (typically a QR code, USB or pre-installed agent) and group them by site, class or team.
- Upload or assign your content and test it on one headset before pushing it to the whole fleet.
- Train the administrators and trainers who will use the console, and renew or scale the licence as your fleet grows.
Care and maintenance
Keep headsets on the latest supported firmware and the management agent up to date, and review users and administrator roles regularly. Plan renewals ahead of the licence end date so devices stay managed without interruption, and back up content and settings where the platform allows it.

Shipping, returns and warranty
How ordering works
This is a quote-based software licence. Tell us the number of headsets, the models and the term you need and we reply with a written quote for the right plan.
Delivery
Nothing physical is shipped: licence keys or account activation are delivered electronically once the order is confirmed.
Support and renewals
Support follows the publisher’s terms for the plan you choose. We remind you ahead of renewal and can scale the licence up as your fleet grows.
Shipping
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days in total, worldwide, with tracking sent by email.
- Free shipping on orders over €190.
- Commercial VR (arcade and venue equipment) ships by freight, quoted per destination.
Returns
- Return any product within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, defective or not.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging and with all accessories.
- Keep your order number or invoice as proof of purchase.

2-year limited warranty
- All AR/VR headsets and original accessories bought on MetaNexus XR are covered for 2 years from delivery (1 year for refurbished items), in line with Spain's consumer law (RDL 1/2007, LGDCU).
- If a covered defect is confirmed, we repair the product at no cost.
- To claim, email metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number, the serial number (if any) and photos or video of the fault.
- Cosmetic wear, misuse and missing components are not covered.
