It holds the headset, two controllers, two base stations with adapters, a link box, two telescopic tripods, a power strip and the laptop.

Tough polypropylene is sealed against water, air and dust, rated -30 °C to +80 °C, with padlock-ready latches, wheels and a retractable handle.

How to choose the right VR accessory

Check the exact headset model first. VR accessories are rarely universal: straps, facial interfaces, lens protectors and cases are shaped for one headset generation, so a Quest 2 part will not fit a Quest 3. The compatibility section above lists every headset the part is designed for.

Third-party parts often add features the original lacks (extra padding, built-in batteries, washable materials) at a lower price, but they do not change the headset's own warranty terms.

For shared and commercial use, choose wipeable PU-leather or silicone surfaces, keep spare facial interfaces, and use disposable hygiene masks or caps so each user gets a clean contact surface. For PC VR, confirm your PC's ports and cable routing before buying cables or cable-management systems.

Care and maintenance

Keep it clean and dry, store it away from direct sunlight and heat, and inspect it for wear before use. Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; do not use solvents.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return. Consumables such as face cushions, foam pads or batteries showing wear cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
