This XR headset (VIVE XR Elite) is an all-in-one that folds into compact VR glasses, running standalone on Snapdragon XR2 or streaming PC VR over Wi-Fi or USB-C.

1920 × 1920 per eye at 90 Hz, up to 110° FOV, IPD and diopter dials (54–73 mm), 128 GB and 12 GB RAM.

A 16 MP RGB camera and depth sensor give colour passthrough; the hot-swappable battery cradle lasts up to 2 hours; the Deluxe Pack is included.

Finding the right VIVE part

VIVE has several headset families that do not share parts. The Focus series (Focus 3, Focus Vision) and XR series (XR Elite) are standalone headsets with their own controllers, batteries and gaskets; the Cosmos series is a PC VR family with its own face plates and controllers; the Pro series (VIVE Pro, Pro Eye, Pro 2) is PC VR with base-station tracking; VIVE Flow and VIVE Eagle are glasses. Always match the compatibility line with your headset.

Tracking generations. Base Station 1.0 and SteamVR Base Station 2.0 cannot be mixed in one room. The 2018 controllers and Tracker 3.0 work with both; original VIVE controllers and Tracker 1.0 need 1.0 stations. VIVE Ultimate Trackers use inside-out cameras and a wireless dongle instead of base stations.

PC streaming. Standalone VIVE headsets stream PC VR over Wi-Fi or USB-C; DisplayPort mode (Focus Vision only) needs the DisplayPort-mode cable and converter for visually lossless image quality.

Setup and use

1. Charge the battery cradle.
2. Adjust IPD and diopters.
3. Set up the play area (min 1.5 × 1.5 m).
4. Install VIVE Hub for PC streaming.

Care and maintenance

Clean lenses with microfibre, wipe gaskets, keep out of sun and update firmware.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
