Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund. It must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.
Warranty
Covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with technical support included. If anything goes wrong, e-mail us your order number and a short description and we will handle the claim with you.

- Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days in total, worldwide, with tracking sent by email.

3-year legal guarantee
- Every new product bought on MetaNexus XR is covered for 3 years from delivery (1 year for refurbished items), as Spain's consumer law requires (RDL 1/2007, LGDCU, art. 120).
- If the product is faulty you can choose a free repair or a replacement; if neither is possible, a price reduction or a full refund.
- To claim, email metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number, the serial number (if any) and photos or video of the fault.
- Cosmetic wear, misuse and missing components are not covered.
