This heavy-duty kit adds left and right flight sim control mounts to an aluminium cockpit, each on its own 80x40 mm support (200 mm high, 580 mm long), so your joystick and throttle sit rock steady at your sides.

Mounting points are fully adjustable, brackets are solid and the matte black finish looks premium.

It suits flight controls from Thrustmaster, Logitech/Saitek, Honeycomb, Virpil, VirtualFly, Winwing and more.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Fit the two supports to each side of the cockpit.
2. Attach the mounting plates and your controls.
3. Adjust height and reach, then tighten.

Care and maintenance

Check bolts after the first flights and regularly.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.
