3-year legal guarantee
- Every new product bought on MetaNexus XR is covered for 3 years from delivery (1 year for refurbished items), as Spain's consumer law requires (RDL 1/2007, LGDCU, art. 120).
- If the product is faulty you can choose a free repair or a replacement; if neither is possible, a price reduction or a full refund.
- To claim, email metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number, the serial number (if any) and photos or video of the fault.

Does it reduce field of view?
It follows the shape of the stock interface, so the lens distance stays the same.
Is silicone hot?
Silicone is not breathable like fabric, but it keeps sweat out of the foam. For cooling, look at our fan or ventilated face cushions.
How do I clean it?
Remove it, wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and let it dry fully.
