MOZA direct-fit front plate: overview

This direct-fit front plate mounts selected MOZA direct drive bases – R3, R9 V3, R12 V2, R21 Ultra and R25 Ultra – onto the NexusMount wheel system. It is the plate only: you need the NexusMount base kit or a NexusRig Velocity.

Aerospace-grade aluminium keeps it rigid and light, and 0 to 15 degrees of angle adjustment lets you tune the wheel for GT, formula, drift, rally or endurance.

A wear-resistant anodised finish protects it against long-term use.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Fit the plate to your NexusMount side mounts.
2. Bolt the MOZA base on by its face.
3. Set the angle and tighten.

Care and maintenance

Check bolts regularly; clean with a damp cloth.

Returns
