This bundle pairs the NexusDrive DD18 Pro with a modular button hub and a premium leather wheel – a matched steering system ready to bolt onto your rig.

The base is our flagship 18 Nm direct drive base with an ultra-low inertia 5-pole servo motor, zero-cogging technology, a 21-bit encoder, active cooling and a CNC aluminium housing. It accepts standard quick-release patterns and works with the major sims on PC.

The wheel side is the NexusHub X modular button hub (carbon composite front, reinforced steel frame, 8 RGB buttons, 2 thumb encoders, 2 seven-way switches, 2 LED encoders, 9-segment RGB rev lights, single/dual/dual-clutch paddle modules with adjustable throw, depth and width, QR50 quick release included) with the NexusWheel Round 330 Leather rim (330 mm, CNC aluminium, genuine leather, 70 mm PCD).

Compatibility

PC. Mount the base on a rig with a wheel deck, or with our NexusMount 2-way side-mount kit or side-mount plates.

Pedals connect separately; our NexusPedal sets are a natural match.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Mount the base on your rig.
2. Fit the wheel (and paddles) with the quick release.
3. Connect USB and power, install the configuration app.
4. Set rotation, force and button mapping.

Care and maintenance

Keep the base vents clear and check mounting bolts regularly. Wipe leather with a slightly damp cloth; avoid harsh cleaners.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
