NexusDrive Elite Sport: overview

The NexusDrive Elite Sport is a 17 Nm direct drive wheel base with some of the most detailed, realistic force feedback available, from a brushless motor tuned for ultra-low torque ripple.

Ultra-low latency lets you feel a slide and catch it sooner, while a 22-bit absolute encoder, torque reconstruction and natural damping, inertia and friction filters keep the feel clean and precise.

Efficient electronics mean no noisy fan, a wireless receiver is built in for wireless wheels, and the precision quick release makes wheel changes easy. It works with all major PC racing titles, including iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Le Mans Ultimate, rFactor 2 and Automobilista 2.

Mounting: front flange, 4 x M8 threaded holes on a 145 mm circle, 110 mm centring; fits our NexusMount front mounts and most direct drive front mounts.

Wheels: NexusWheel range and rims fitted with the Elite wheel-side quick release.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Front-mount the base to your rig.
2. Fit a wheel with the wheel-side quick release.
3. Connect power, the stop button and USB.
4. Install the configuration software and pick a game profile.

Care and maintenance

Keep the vents clear and the quick release clean; update the firmware from time to time.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Every new product bought from our store has a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (1 year for refurbished items). If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
