NexusLink Core Universal Hub Kit – Use NexusWheel Steering Wheels on Other Brands' Wheel Bases

NexusLink Core universal hub kit: overview

The NexusLink Core universal hub kit lets you use NexusWheel steering wheels on other brands' wheel bases.

It includes a wheelbase mount adapter and an extension hub, plus a 3 m retractable coil cord and USB-B and USB-C cables so the wheel connects directly to your PC.

It is the key to an open ecosystem: keep your current base and still use our wheels.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

1. Fit the adapter to your base.
2. Fit the extension hub and wheel.
3. Run the coil cord to the PC.

Care and maintenance

Check fixings occasionally.
