NexusMotion Pro 4-actuator system: overview

NexusMotion Pro is a high-end sim racing motion system with 4 haptic actuators (1.5-inch stroke) that combines motion and vibration, so you feel every curve, bump and texture as precise, real-world cues.

Unlike seat movers and frame movers whose effects fade as weight is added, this system keeps full strength up to 460 kg in its 4-actuator configuration. It is FIA-licensed, plug and play, and its adaptive gaming mode lets you build your own haptic profile.

This kit includes 4 carbon steel brackets to mount directly on aluminium profile cockpits; tube cockpits need the NexusMotion platform.

Compatibility

PC racing and flight titles with motion support. Brackets fit our aluminium profile cockpits (NexusRig Fortress, Formula Hybrid, Titan, Vanguard, Sprint, Rookie) and other extrusion rigs; tube cockpits need the NexusMotion platform.

Adding motion and haptics to a rig

Haptics vs motion. Bass shakers turn engine, road and kerb effects into vibration you feel through the seat and pedals. Motion actuators physically move the rig to simulate pitch, roll and heave. Both add information that helps you feel grip.

Power and software. Shakers need an amplifier and a telemetry app such as SimHub; motion systems come with their own controller and software profiles for each game.

Isolation. Keep screens on a freestanding stand and use isolation feet so vibration and motion stay in the rig and not in the floor or the monitors.

Setup and use

1. Mount the actuators to the rig with the brackets.
2. Connect the actuators to the haptic bridge and PC.
3. Install the software, load game profiles and start at low intensity.

Care and maintenance

Check all bolts regularly; keep the area around the rig clear during motion.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
