The BOBOVR M3 Pro is a rigid battery head strap for the Meta Quest 3S and Quest 3. It replaces the soft stock strap with a dial-adjusted suspension band and clips a 5200mAh hot-swap battery to the back, so the headset sits balanced on your head and runs about two hours longer per charge.
Why choose the BOBOVR M3 Pro
About two extra hours of playtime
The included 5200mAh B2 battery feeds the Quest 3S or Quest 3 through its charging port while you play, adding roughly two hours to a session and topping the headset up between uses. The cell weighs about 140 g and sits at the rear of the strap as a counterweight.
Suspension fit that lifts weight off your face
The M3 Pro uses a suspension design with multi-point adjustment: a rear dial plus an over-the-head band spread the load across the crown and back of the skull instead of the cheekbones, the main comfort complaint with the stock Quest 3S strap. A pair of PU leather pads cushion the contact points.
Magnetic hot-swap battery
The battery attaches with BOBOVR's magnetic fast-release mount. You can pull a drained B2 cell and click in a charged one in seconds without taking off the headset, so a spare battery means uninterrupted play.

M3 Pro vs S3 Pro
The M3 Pro pairs a 5200mAh battery with the suspension strap and no fan. BOBOVR's S3 Pro steps up to a 10000mAh battery and adds an active cooling fan, at more weight and a higher price. Choose the M3 Pro for a lighter setup and about two extra hours; choose the S3 Pro if you want the longest runtime and face cooling for workouts or long sessions.

BOBOVR M3 Pro FAQ
Does it fit both the Quest 3S and the Quest 3? Yes. The M3 Pro mounts on the Meta Quest 3S and the Meta Quest 3. It does not fit the original Quest 2.
How much extra playtime does the battery add? About two hours per charge, depending on the apps you run. The headset also charges from the strap between sessions.
Can I swap the battery without removing the headset? Yes. The B2 cell releases magnetically, so you can hot-swap a charged battery in seconds. Keep a spare B2 for continuous play.
M3 Pro or S3 Pro? The M3 Pro is lighter, fan-free and gives about two extra hours on a 5200mAh cell. The S3 Pro has a 10000mAh battery and a cooling fan for longer, warmer sessions.
Is the strap rigid like an Elite Strap? Yes. It is a hard suspension strap with a rear dial, not a soft band, so it holds the Quest 3S steady and takes pressure off your face.
The BOBOVR M3 Pro is part of the VR head straps range at Metanexus XR. To add power without changing your strap, see our VR battery packs and power banks.
