Integrated formula monitor stand: overview

This cockpit-mounted sim rig monitor mount is made for our formula cockpits, the NexusRig Formula and the NexusRig F1 Replica. It bolts straight to the chassis and holds a single screen exactly where a formula driving position needs it, so you get a realistic field of view with a clean, integrated look.

Because it is mounted on the rig, the screen moves with the cockpit and always stays at the same distance and height from your eyes. Height and fore-aft adjustment let you fine-tune for your screen size, eye line and seating position.

It takes flat, curved and ultrawide monitors and TVs up to 50 inches, with VESA from 75 x 75 to 400 x 400 mm.

Setting up screens for simulation

Single, triple or VR. A single ultrawide is simple and affordable; three screens give peripheral vision for side-by-side racing; a VR headset gives true depth with no stand at all. Many drivers use screens day to day and VR for immersion.

Distance and field of view. The closer the screens sit to your eyes, the more realistic the field of view. Cockpit-mounted stands move with the rig and keep the distance fixed; freestanding stands keep vibration from bass shakers and motion away from the screens.

Check VESA and weight. Every stand lists the VESA patterns, screen sizes and weight per arm it supports. Curved screens usually need a little more depth on the arms.

Setup and use

1. Bolt the stand to the front of the cockpit chassis.
2. Attach the VESA plate to your screen and mount the screen.
3. Sit in your normal driving position and set the height so the screen centre is close to eye level.
4. Move the screen as close as practical for the widest realistic field of view, then tighten.

Care and maintenance

Check fixings after moving the rig. Wipe the steel with a damp cloth. Keep screen cables tied along the stand so they do not catch when you get in and out.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
