These VR treadmill shoes Pro are Freeaim's business edition, built for commercial and out-of-home VR installations that need natural walking plus operational support.

The kit includes one pair of shoes, a 360° support frame for balance, batteries and charger, a carrying case, fit accessories, user guides and software, plus an SDK for sensor data, shoe control and haptics.

It is a Beta/DevKit model with CE certification in progress (pre-certified FCC radio modules); buyers may be asked to agree to a Beta evaluation agreement. Made to order: about 4–5 weeks lead time before shipping.

Choosing VR locomotion hardware

Why locomotion hardware? Most VR games move you with a joystick, which can cause motion sickness; locomotion devices let you actually walk while staying in place, so your body and eyes agree.

Types. Omnidirectional treadmills use a slippery or moving surface in a frame; motorised shoes move your feet back under you as you walk, in a much smaller footprint.

Who it suits. Users should be reasonably fit with good balance. Commercial venues benefit from support frames, SDK access and priority support.

Setup and use

1. Review and sign the Beta evaluation agreement if requested.
2. Assemble the support frame.
3. Charge batteries and pair.
4. Onboard users with the frame first.

Care and maintenance

Charge fully before first use, wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth, keep it away from water and heat, and store it flat or hung on its mount. Update firmware through the maker's app.

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return. Consumables such as face cushions, foam pads or batteries showing wear cannot be refunded.

Warranty

Headsets and original accessories bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
