3-piece speaker mount kit: overview

This 3-piece speaker mount kit puts your speakers right in front of you on a NexusRig Fold wheel stand or an aluminium profile rig, so engine notes, tyre squeal and spotter calls come from the right direction.

It is laser-cut steel painted matte black – light but strong – and it supports speakers that have a wall-mount point.

Assembly instructions for the wheel stand are included.

For aluminium profile rigs you need 6 mm T-nuts, which are not supplied.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Fit the mounts to the wheel stand following the included instructions, or to your profile rig with 6 mm T-nuts.
2. Attach your speakers using their wall-mount points.
3. Angle them toward your seating position and tighten.

Care and maintenance

Check fixings occasionally; vibration from the wheel can loosen screws.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
