Every order ships with tracking, and the delivery estimate for your country is shown at checkout. You can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if it is unused and in its original packaging; email metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. A 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, and our team answers setup questions by email.
Shipping
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days in total, worldwide, with tracking sent by email.
- Free shipping on orders over €190.
- Commercial VR (arcade and venue equipment) ships by freight, quoted per destination.
Returns
- Return any product within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, defective or not.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging and with all accessories.
- Keep your order number or invoice as proof of purchase.

3-year legal guarantee
- Every new product bought on MetaNexus XR is covered for 3 years from delivery (1 year for refurbished items), as Spain's consumer law requires (RDL 1/2007, LGDCU, art. 120).
- If the product is faulty you can choose a free repair or a replacement; if neither is possible, a price reduction or a full refund.
- To claim, email metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number, the serial number (if any) and photos or video of the fault.
- Cosmetic wear, misuse and missing components are not covered.
