NexusRig Apex V2: overview

The NexusRig Apex V2 is a rigid, fast-to-build racing simulator cockpit in 2-inch (51 mm) steel tube that assembles in under an hour and suits PC and console setups.

Its stiffened, dual-supported wheel shaft holds direct drive bases up to 30 Nm without flex, the ball-bearing wheel slider gives 130 mm fore-aft travel, and the strengthened pedal plate takes up to 180 kg of braking force.

Seat slider rails, oversized seat brackets for most bucket seats and a left- or right-side shifter mount with slide and angle are included. Add the integrated single, triple or quad monitor stand when you are ready.

Choosing and building a sim rig

Rigidity first. A cockpit exists so the force your wheel base produces goes into your hands, not into a flexing frame. Direct drive bases need a stiff front mount; aluminium profile rigs (40 mm and 80 mm extrusion with 8 mm slots) are the stiffest and most adjustable, while steel tube rigs are lighter and quicker to assemble.

Driving position. GT position puts you upright with the pedals low; formula position reclines the seat and raises the pedals. Check whether the cockpit, seat bracket and pedal mount allow the position you want.

Plan the extras. Monitor stands, shifter and handbrake mounts, keyboard trays and PC shelves bolt onto most profile rigs. Planning them up front avoids drilling or re-assembling later.

Setup and use

1. Assemble the frame (30–60 minutes).
2. Fit your seat on the sliders.
3. Mount wheel, pedals and shifter; adjust slider, angle and height.

Care and maintenance

Recheck bolts after the first sessions; the rubber feet protect wood floors.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
