Universal bass shaker mount: overview

This universal mount holds a bass shaker or tactile transducer on your rig, under the seat brackets or on the frame, so the full vibration goes into the cockpit.

It fits our 100 W shakers and popular transducers from ButtKicker, Dayton Audio and Aurasound, and any shaker with mounting holes 71 mm from centre or between 94 and 150 mm from centre at 60°.

Pair it with a bass shaker kit to power it.

Adding motion and haptics to a rig

Haptics vs motion. Bass shakers turn engine, road and kerb effects into vibration you feel through the seat and pedals. Motion actuators physically move the rig to simulate pitch, roll and heave. Both add information that helps you feel grip.

Power and software. Shakers need an amplifier and a telemetry app such as SimHub; motion systems come with their own controller and software profiles for each game.

Isolation. Keep screens on a freestanding stand and use isolation feet so vibration and motion stay in the rig and not in the floor or the monitors.

Setup and use

1. Fit the mount under the seat brackets or to the frame.
2. Bolt the shaker to the mount.
3. Connect to your amplifier.

Care and maintenance

Check bolts after the first sessions – vibration can loosen them.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
