NexusSeat Rally: overview

The NexusSeat Rally is a fixed-back fibreglass rally racing seat for sim rigs that combines a secure GT position with the versatility and visibility of a rally-style profile. It is a great all-rounder for drivers who split their time between circuit racing, rally stages and drifting.

Deep side bolsters hold you through fast direction changes, high-density foam keeps long endurance sessions comfortable, and the ultra-rigid shell stays stable with direct drive wheels, load cell pedals and motion.

It is harness-ready and side-mount compatible, available as seat only or with brackets.

Compatibility

Fits our tube-frame cockpits (NexusRig Classic, Apex, Velocity, Velocity Carbon, GT Hybrid) and aluminium profile cockpits (Fortress, Formula Hybrid, Titan, Vanguard, Sprint, Rookie, NexusHaul), plus other side-mount rigs. Seat sliders sold separately.

Motion: D-BOX, Sigma Integrale and Qubic System setups, depending on cockpit and platform.

Choosing and building a sim rig

Rigidity first. A cockpit exists so the force your wheel base produces goes into your hands, not into a flexing frame. Direct drive bases need a stiff front mount; aluminium profile rigs (40 mm and 80 mm extrusion with 8 mm slots) are the stiffest and most adjustable, while steel tube rigs are lighter and quicker to assemble.

Driving position. GT position puts you upright with the pedals low; formula position reclines the seat and raises the pedals. Check whether the cockpit, seat bracket and pedal mount allow the position you want.

Plan the extras. Monitor stands, shifter and handbrake mounts, keyboard trays and PC shelves bolt onto most profile rigs. Planning them up front avoids drilling or re-assembling later.

Setup and use

1. Choose 'seat with bracket' if your cockpit has no bucket-seat brackets.
2. Bolt the brackets to the seat's side points.
3. Fit the seat to the cockpit or seat sliders, check reach to wheel, pedals and handbrake, then tighten.

Care and maintenance

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Check bracket bolts regularly, particularly if you use a handbrake hard or run motion.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
