Inverted, formula and GT pedal mount system: overview

This pedal mount system holds your pedals inverted (hanging, like a real car), in formula position or in GT position, with one set of brackets.

Its side brackets mount inside the chassis for the widest range of height and angle, and they slide forward and back. Thick carbon steel means no flex under hard braking.

It includes the pedal plate, the footrest and all screws and T-nuts, and fits aluminium profile rigs with 500 mm between the inner chassis profiles.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Check the inner spacing of your rig is 500 mm.
2. Fit the side brackets inside the chassis.
3. Fit the pedal plate and footrest.
4. Mount your pedals and set angle, height and slide.

Care and maintenance

Recheck bolts after the first sessions of hard braking.

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Every new product bought from our store has a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (1 year for refurbished items). If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
