NexusMount Gen 2 pedal mount with profile deck: overview

The NexusMount Gen 2 pedal mount holds your pedals on a modular aluminium profile deck, with infinite adjustment so high-end pedal sets sit exactly where you want them.

Mount it inside the chassis for a low, ground-level position or outside for an above-chassis position. The angle adjusts with a tool-free screw, and height, slide, deck profiles and the included heel rest all move.

Thick aluminium side plates keep brake and throttle feel consistent under hard use. Choose this version for maximum positioning freedom; the pre-drilled plate version suits drivers who want fixed holes.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Choose inside (low) or outside (raised) mounting.
2. Fit the side plates to the chassis.
3. Assemble the profile deck and heel rest.
4. Mount your pedals and set angle, height and slide.

Care and maintenance

Recheck bolts after the first sessions of hard braking.

Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Every new product bought from our store has a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (1 year for refurbished items). If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
