NexusMount Gen 2 pedal mount with pre-drilled plate: overview

The NexusMount Gen 2 pedal mount comes with a thick carbon steel pedal plate that is pre-drilled for all major pedal brands, so you do not need a separate baseplate.

Slots allow left and right adjustment for pedals that need it, and the plate angles with a locking lever and slides forward and back.

Mount it inside a 160 mm chassis for a ground-level position or outside for an above-chassis position. Tool-free angle adjustment makes changes quick.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Choose inside (low) or outside (raised) mounting.
2. Fit the side plates to the chassis.
3. Bolt your pedals to the pre-drilled plate.
4. Set the angle with the lever and slide to your reach.

Care and maintenance

Recheck bolts after the first sessions of hard braking.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Every new product bought from our store has a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (1 year for refurbished items). If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
