NexusMount universal wheel plate: overview

The NexusMount universal wheel plate gives aluminium profile cockpits a strong, fully adjustable deck for belt, gear and direct drive wheel bases.

Slide it forward or back, change its height and set the wheel angle to suit different drivers, seats and disciplines – from upright GT and rally to reclined formula.

It is laser-cut from heavy-duty 10 mm carbon steel for flex-free force feedback, and spans 580 mm to fit standard aluminium rigs and DIY builds.

Compatibility

Our aluminium profile cockpits (NexusRig Fortress, Formula Hybrid, Titan, Vanguard, Sprint, Rookie) and other 8 mm T-slot extrusion rigs. Fits most deck-mount wheel bases.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Fit the plate between the rig uprights.
2. Mount your wheel base.
3. Set slide, height and angle, then tighten.

Recheck bolts after the first sessions.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
