NexusBrake Rally: overview

The NexusBrake Rally is a premium rally and drift handbrake made for simulator drivers and training environments that need authentic handbrake feel.

Its all-aluminium body sits around an industrial 200 kg load cell read by an STM32 16-bit ADC board, giving smooth, progressive and highly accurate input.

The rally handle sets to seven angles – 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 degrees – and red and blue springs let you stiffen the resistance. Ball-bearing actuation keeps it consistent for years.

Compatibility

PC only via USB. Mounts directly on most aluminium profile rigs and simulator cockpits; tube cockpits need a handbrake mount.

Building a sim racing or flight setup

Base, rim and pedals. In a modular setup the wheel base holds the force feedback motor, the rim clips on with a quick release and the pedals connect to the base or by USB. Rims and pedals must suit your base, and the base decides which platforms are supported.

Direct drive. Direct drive bases attach the rim straight to the motor for the most detailed and strongest feedback. They need a rigid cockpit or a strong desk mount.

Load cell pedals. A load cell brake measures pressure, not travel, like a real car. It is the single upgrade that improves lap-time consistency the most.

Setup and use

  1. Mount the handbrake on your rig.
  2. Choose the handle angle and spring.
  3. Connect USB and map the axis.

Care and maintenance

Check mounting bolts; keep the mechanism clean.

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.
