NexusRig Titan Motion Edition: overview

The NexusRig Titan Motion Edition is a professional motion sim rig: our heavy-duty Titan aluminium cockpit combined with a four-actuator pro haptic motion system. Precise motion and vibration feedback reproduce every bump, kerb and gear shift with lifelike movement and texture.

The chassis is thick-walled 160x40 mm black anodised aluminium with 120x40 wheel supports and heavy-duty brackets, so it stays rigid with high-torque direct drive bases and the forces of the motion system.

It includes a dual-lock seat slider kit, a 4-way adjustable pre-drilled pedal mount and a left or right gear shift mount. Add your seat, wheel and pedals and it is ready to move.

Compatibility

Wheel bases: all major direct drive and belt-drive bases via NexusMount plates (Simucube, Simagic, Fanatec, MOZA, Asetek, VRS, VNM, Logitech, Thrustmaster).

Pedals and shifters: pre-drilled for the major brands.

Seats: side-mount bucket seats or recliners with seat brackets (seat not included).

Motion: actuators are driven by their own motion software with game profiles on PC.

Adding motion and haptics to a rig

Haptics vs motion. Bass shakers turn engine, road and kerb effects into vibration you feel through the seat and pedals. Motion actuators physically move the rig to simulate pitch, roll and heave. Both add information that helps you feel grip.

Power and software. Shakers need an amplifier and a telemetry app such as SimHub; motion systems come with their own controller and software profiles for each game.

Isolation. Keep screens on a freestanding stand and use isolation feet so vibration and motion stay in the rig and not in the floor or the monitors.

Setup and use

1. Assemble the Titan chassis.
2. Install the four motion actuators with their brackets at the rig's mounting points.
3. Fit your seat, wheel base, pedals and shifter.
4. Connect the motion controller, install the motion software and start at low intensity.

Care and maintenance

Check all bolts – especially actuator brackets – regularly. Keep cables clear of moving parts and keep the area around the rig free during motion.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
