This sim rig phone mount with a built-in Qi wireless charger keeps your smartphone charged, secure and within reach during every race, flight or haul. It combines a small cockpit shelf with a rubber wireless charging pad.

Use your phone as a SimHub or telemetry dashboard, a navigation aid, a digital checklist, a Discord hub or a stream controller – it stays topped up through long endurance races and flights.

Qi wireless charging

Charges Qi-enabled phones, including most modern iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, Motorola, Sony Xperia and Huawei models.

Rubber charging pad

Helps keep your phone in place during vibration, direct drive and motion; it fixes to the shelf with adhesive backing.

Compatibility

Fits our aluminium profile cockpits (NexusRig Fortress, Formula Hybrid, Titan, Vanguard, Sprint, Rookie, NexusHaul) and tube cockpits (NexusRig Apex, Velocity, Velocity Carbon, GT Hybrid, Formula, F1 Replica), plus other brands' rigs – check dimensions first.

Phones: Qi-compatible smartphones. Cases that are thick or metal may block wireless charging.

Mounting on aluminium profile rigs

The 8 mm slot standard. Most modern sim rigs use 40 mm-based aluminium extrusion (40x40, 40x80, 40x160) with 8 mm slots. Mounts fix with M8 bolts and T-nuts that slide into the slot, so they can be moved and re-angled at any time.

Rigidity and access. Mount heavy or high-force devices (handbrakes, shifters, wheel bases) as close to a vertical upright or cross member as possible. Leave room to get in and out of the seat.

Tools. A set of hex keys (mainly 6 mm for M8) covers nearly every mount. Snug every bolt, test, then do a final tightening once the position is right.

Setup and use

1. Choose a spot within easy reach and view.
2. Fix the shelf to the profile with the included hardware.
3. Stick the rubber charging pad onto the shelf.
4. Connect the 2 m USB-A cable to your PC or a USB power supply and place your phone on the pad.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the rubber pad with a damp cloth to keep it grippy. Do not place metal objects or cards on the pad while charging.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
