NexusRig Fold wheel stand: overview

The NexusRig Fold is a sturdy, foldable racing wheel stand that turns your office chair or sofa into a proper driving position – then folds away in seconds when you are done.

This version is stiffened for direct drive wheel bases and adds an office chair wheel tray. A 3-stage height adjustment, 30 mm sliding wheel mount and adjustable angle let you find a comfortable position for long sessions.

The pedal tray slides up to 100 mm and tilts, the shifter mount fits on either side, and everything is pre-drilled for wheels, pedals, shifters and handbrakes from all major brands.

Wheels, pedals and shifters from Logitech, Thrustmaster, Fanatec, MOZA and other major brands, on PC and console. Seat not included.

Choosing and building a sim rig

Rigidity first. A cockpit exists so the force your wheel base produces goes into your hands, not into a flexing frame. Direct drive bases need a stiff front mount; aluminium profile rigs (40 mm and 80 mm extrusion with 8 mm slots) are the stiffest and most adjustable, while steel tube rigs are lighter and quicker to assemble.

Driving position. GT position puts you upright with the pedals low; formula position reclines the seat and raises the pedals. Check whether the cockpit, seat bracket and pedal mount allow the position you want.

Plan the extras. Monitor stands, shifter and handbrake mounts, keyboard trays and PC shelves bolt onto most profile rigs. Planning them up front avoids drilling or re-assembling later.

Setup and use

1. Assemble the frame with the included tools.
2. Mount wheel, pedals and shifter.
3. Set height, angle and pedal distance; slide your chair in.

Care and maintenance

Check bolts regularly; the rubber feet protect hard floors.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days in total, with tracking sent by email. Large items such as cockpits, seats and monitor stands can ship in several boxes, customs or public holidays can occasionally add a few days, and some items ship directly from our supplier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product for a refund, for any reason. It must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Contact us at metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number to start the return.

Warranty

Products bought from our store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, email us your order number and a short description or photo and we will handle the claim with you.
